Welcome to Medina, Luna & Asociados! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our “Más Allá de Loss Mitigation” program. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Description
“Más Alla de Loss Mitigation”. Our SMS and WhatsApp messaging program provides subscribers with free guidance on how to handle a foreclosure case and helps them explore the alternatives they have to save their home from the execution process. This information can be delivered directly to their mobile devices. Messages may include invitation to a free consultation via phone call, video call or in-person meeting.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive text and or WhatsApp messages from “Más Allá de Loss Mitigation” at the mobile number you provided. You understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Opting Out (Cancellations)
You can cancel the SMS or WhatsApp service at any time. Just send "STOP" to the phone number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will automatically respond with another message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
4. Help and Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at edwin@medinayasociadospr.com.
5. Message and Data Rates (Fees)
Message and data rates may apply for any messages you send, and your receivers have to know about this. You could receive up to 4 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Carrier Disclaimer (Carrier Issue)
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy Policy

8. User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estado Libre & Asociado de Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
